These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hephaestus CRM service (“Service”) operated by Hephaestus CRM (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Hephaestus CRM for personal or commercial business management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Some aspects of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Company cancels it.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Company. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current Billing Cycle.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining the security of our Service in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

The materials on Hephaestus CRM are provided on an 'as is' basis. Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Company's website, even if Company or a Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
